What is Nosework?
Nosework is a cynological sport that involves finding and marking hidden scent samples. It comes from the uniformed services, but in this case we are not looking for drugs or explosives, but specific scents that have been determined in advance (usually cinnamon bark, orange peel and clove). This activity uses the dog’s very well-developed sense of smell and is a great way to spend time together.
Nosework is a sport for every dog that… has a nose 🙂 Intensive mental stimulation will make a dog, even with a lot of energy, tired (and happy) after training.
And by building your dog’s independence and self-confidence and showing him that he can be successful, nosework can be a great element of behavioral therapy for fearful and insecure dogs.

For dogs that already know the basics there is also available package:
4 trainings* 30 min – 320 zł
*With the training package you receive:
– an ebook with theory and all essential foundation exercises,
– the option to send training videos for analysis,
– online support and consultations between sessions.
Classes take place in a professional nosework training room in Nowa Huta (Os. Słoneczne 7), as well as outdoors in Krakow and the surrounding areas.
All sessions are conducted individually, allowing me to tailor the training to each dog’s needs and achieve the best possible results.
For more advanced dogs, training runs are available – several dogs work one after another on a prepared search area, and multiple search setups are checked during a single session.

Hi!
I’m Beata — a certified nosework judge, competitor, and instructor, as well as a professional dog trainer and canine behaviorist. I discovered my passion for nosework in 2020 when my dog, Loki, joined my life, and since then I’ve been helping dog guardians strengthen their bond through scent work and support their dogs’ emotional wellbeing.
In May 2024, I opened the first fully equipped nosework training studio in Krakow, located in the heart of Nowa Huta. It’s a dedicated space designed specifically for scent detection training, suitable for dogs of all ages, breeds, and experience levels.
In my classes, I focus on positive reinforcement, patience, and a personalized approach tailored to the unique needs of every dog.
