1.The 6-class and 4-class package is valid for 2 months from the date of the first completed class.
2. The payment for the class package is non-refundable in case of cancellation. In exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to extend the validity of the packages.
3. Dogs must be on a harness or collar and on a leash no shorter than 3 meters during classes.
4. Cancellation of a class is only possible up to 24 hours before the start of the session by using link in Zencal website received in the email confirmation.
5. Failure to attend a class or cancelling on the day of the session necessitates covering the cost of the class.
6. Classes may be canceled by the trainer in case of illness, unforeseen events, or severe weather conditions. Canceled classes will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed date.
7. Female dogs in heat are not allowed to participate in classes. In such cases, the validity of the class package will be extended for that duration.
8. Dogs must be dewormed and up-to-date with rabies vaccinations during attendance at classes.
9. The owner is responsible for their dog’s behavior and is fully liable for any damage caused by their dog.
10. Dogs can not urinate on the building or cars located near the premises.
11. Every owner is required to clean up after their dog, both in the training area and in the surrounding premises.
12. Without the trainer’s permission, dogs must not be let off the leash during classes, whether in the training room or during outdoor sessions. Owners are responsible for maintaining a safe distance between dogs during classes, as well as before and after the sessions.
13. You can enter the training room only after being invited by the trainer (due to the lack of a waiting room).
14. Participation in classes entails consent to the publication of videos and photos taken by the trainer (or a designated person) for promotional or educational purposes. If the owner does not agree to this, they must inform the trainer at the beginning of the class.
